Good
Good location
Liked: Good location, 8 minutes away from the airport. The bus stop is just few steps from the hotel. Easy to access Palma city center by bus 35. Close to the beach, surrounded by large number of restaurants and cafes. Good breakfast. The ladies who serve the breakfast are kind and welcoming. You get what you paid for.
Disliked: Horrible internet connection. Their wifi does not work even in the reception. I run out of my phone data and needed internet late evening, their WiFi did not work. I asked for help from the receptionist, he was very passive and unbothered. All he said, I will file a complaint to report the issue.
Functional and efficient for an overnight close to the airport
Liked: Close to airport, clean, well priced, exactly as described. Slightly older but absolutely fine. Breakfast was functional
Disliked: All good
Great 4 day break
Liked: Great staff, location and Breakfast!
Disliked: Slightly dated but generally great VFM.
Cockroaches
Liked: Good location and breakfast
Disliked: Cockroaches. Everywhere in my room for the whole duration of my stay. This spoils any advantages of the hotel that it of course has.
Refurb required
Liked: Hotel location
Disliked: Cleaning was some good and some bad. Sound insulation was extremely poor. You could hear every sound from neighbouring rooms. Hotel is desperate for a refurb. Breakfast was okay. A knock for booking.com as room was advertised for over £20 cheaper than I paid a few days before.
Peaceful and Comfortable Hotel
Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. Free breakfast and bottled water was provided each day. All of the staff were very friendly and the front desk staff arranged several tours for me.
Disliked: Everything was perfect. It should be noted that there is a steep walk up to the hotel and then to the rooms which would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
