Fabulous
Convenient location, close to main attractions
Liked: Excellent location at the Old Town, everything is closed by. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: No elevator, high stairs, my husband had difficulty climbing with his knee pain with our luggage. No parking closed by.
The hotel is fabulous and so central
Liked: Beautiful hotel and so central
Disliked: We had an early start when we left the hotel. I asked for an early breakfast at 7 am. I was told they would turn the coffee machine on but no food. Very disappointed. I don’t think a couple of croissants or bread to the room or left out would have been too much trouble. I feel it went value for money as only got one breakfast for our two night stay

Disliked: Poor unsecure wifii
Liked: Location excellent for half marathon. Beautiful old building.
Disliked: Breakfast was adequate but not 4 star standard. No early breakfast ( before 8am) available even for marathon runners whose race started at 8am. Also not available for early airport departures. Not 4 star service.
Excellent city centre hotel, walking distance to local shops, places of interest and transport hubs
Liked: The location was excellent, close to Cathedral and good restaurants and bars
Disliked: Bar closed relatively early
Great staff, good character rooms & amazing location!
Liked: Lovely character hotel hidden up an old alley in the best part of the old town.
