Exceptional
Perfect spot to base yourself and feel amongst it all as soon as you’re out the door. Staff super helpful
Liked: Great location and enjoyed the complimentary use of the lobster pool bar. A drink at anytime was also a nice gesture.
Disliked: The shower head kept dropping down so hard to get full coverage.

Disliked: The air conditioning is a mystery to me. It shuts off and then the room gets too warm and you have to get out of bed to turn it on again
Great location, spacious and well appointed room
Liked: Location, room was light and well designed. Rooftop area and plunge pool was very nice although small. Good soundproofing.
Disliked: Hard to control temperature in room. It was often chilly. Too many plastic bottles used. Piped music on a loop at the pool got a bit tedious. Quality of bathroom products could be improved for a 5* hotel. Didn’t use the spa or gym so can’t comment.

Liked: Fabulous hotel and service! We loved everything about Hotel Cappuccino. The service was incredible. Everyone working here focused on making sure we were comfortable. Front desk staff, Joy, Adele, and JC were kind and informative. The restaurant staff, David and Laura were attentive and professional. The decor was beautiful. The beds were comfy, rooms were big and bathroom was impeccable and clean!
