Liked: The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was beautiful, with a lovely view of the city. It was also located in a very lively part of the city. Would definitely stay again.

Cosey, lovely and very friendly in the heart of Palmas' Old Town
Liked: Brilliant location in the heart of Palmas' old town, amidst all major shops and cafés. The personal atmosphere was great, breakfast lovely and we felt 'Welcomed'. Good food, good drinks and outside terrace to enjoy all of it, weather permitting,
Disliked: There is nothing we did not like at the Hotel.

The staff were great, the room was large and spacious
Liked: we were leaving at 7.30am for the airport, and they offered and organised sandwiches for us to take with us as we would miss the included breakfast. The staff were greta. We were offered to sit upstairs near teh pool til our room was ready
Disliked: it was pricey but that is Mallorca
