Guest reviews
Very good
Disliked: i booked this hotel through Booking.com, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us that there was a burst water pipe and that no rooms were available. We were then relocated to a nearby 2-star hotel, which was of a significantly lower standard and considerably cheaper than the hotel we had originally booked. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but relocating guests to a much lower-category hotel without providing accommodation of a comparable standard is unacceptable. We booked this hotel expecting a certain level of quality and facilities, but we did not receive what we had paid for. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would advise future guests to be aware of this possibility before making a reservation.
Liked: Service facilities
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Friendly staff, plenty of sunbeds, great choice of food and drinks, very clean
Disliked: Having to pay for safe in the room.pool table should be free
Big hotel, you get what you pay for
Liked: Breakfast
Disliked: Lunch and dinner is not very appealing
Amazing
Liked: Fantastic everything is around you
Disliked: I loved everything about the property
Compact hotel and facilites but good staff and good food
Liked: The room was clean and relatively spacious. Staff really friendly. Got to check into my room early (around noon), and my request to have a quiet room was honoured. The food was good, served hot and plenty of options, especially fish. The wine on tap was of a good standard. Good place if you are a solo traveller. Close to beach and easy to walk to Palma (around 5 miles). Just a couple of mins away from the noise and bars etc.
Disliked: All drinks in the bar, irrespective of the time of day, were served in plastic cups. Glasses were only available in the restaurant. Some of the fruit at breakfast was overly chilled (almost frozen). At breakfast you had to serve yourself your own cutlery i.e. lay your own table. Pools are TINY. Does not bother me but it might be an issue for some people.
