Liked: Good breakfast,good location,Very clean.
Disliked: Did not have double bed in room,Bar was not open at night time.
Liked: Very clean everywhere and friendly, helpful staff. Nice and quiet.
Disliked: I wonder where the 4-star come from - for me everything was very basic. For example, the cosmetics in the bathroom - nothing more than minimum. Toilet brush is something I would advise to add to the rooms.
Brilliant location with excellent customer service
Liked: Great location, the airport bus stops virtually outside. It’s on the edge of the main centre so there’s are restaurants and bars used by locals as well as tourists. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It’s a city hotel so the rooms are relatively small. There’s no tea/coffee making facilities

Liked: The view
Disliked: One side of the bed was too soft and I was waking up with a sore neck and back. I checked in 19/8 and checked out in 24/8. In 19/8 they charged me the 100€ guarantee fee and told me that it would be reimbursed in 25/8. However, the charge was not refunded until 5/9. Additionally, in 24/8, they charged me an additional amount of 100€ for no reason at all, and this amount has not been refunded up until 6/9. Even though I sent them several messages the last 7 days, they didn't bother to respond to any of my them. I am proceeding with an official complaint.
