Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: This hotel does not look like 4 Star hotel. The carpet is extremely worn out, torn, and dirty. The overall sense is for old non renovated hotel.

Disappointed with the superior room we booked but at least compensated by the kindness of the receptionist
Liked: The location is just few steps from the intermodal station, shops and restaurants are accessible. The receptionist were so polite and accomodating.
Disliked: We booked a superior room but it’s dusty, and the mattress is sagging /worn out. Didn’t sleep well because of it.
