Great stay
Liked: The location was perfect, only a short walk from the bus station and great restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They recommend a fabulous tapas restaurant Plus they ordered a taxi to the airport which arrived in less than 5 minutes.. A free spa voucher was included,, which was a great touch.
Disliked: Nothing, we felt the hotel was value for money.

Disliked: The bathroom with glass doors and mirrors did not provide any privacy.
Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable, only five mins walk to old town and bus stops to other areas.loved the free mini bar, roof terrace and pool.

Lovely stay in Palma in a lovely hotel
Liked: The location was excellent near bus and train terminals. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely pool with amazing views to the sea. Spotless too.
