Fabulous
Comfortable, pleasant helpful staff, nice pool area with plentiful sun loungers and good shade
Liked: Breakfast was excellent and was the location and setting
Disliked: Hotel Website had an incorrect room description, We are assured by Guest relations that this has been corrected
Liked: Excellent
Hotel is in a fantastic location, gardens beautiful, service at lunch at the pool restaurant wasn’t good
Liked: Lovely quiet setting, very relaxed feeling, gardens lovely. Reception staff and guest relations very good.
Disliked: Staff around the pool and at breakfast were not very friendly and at lunch had to get up and ask for menus. Service at breakfast and lunch wasn’t great. Hotel overall needs a bit of a refresh.
Great comfortable stay
Liked: We really enjoyed ourselves as everything was nice.
Disliked: Too many children:)
Perfect from start to finish
Liked: All perfect
Disliked: Only thing it would be nice to get something to eat, just a small meal or sandwich when you arrive late. There was nothing
No a great value for money
Liked: Parking available
Disliked: Cleanliness if horrible, ants everywhere in the room, no water provided (you have to buy your own), staff are not trained on giving recommendation, feels like a personal recommendation rather than a proper concierge service
