  7-night stay

  Liked: Property was clean and looked beautiful. Kitchen was well equipped. Washing machine was great. Location is super central. You can park in the adjacent streets overnight without problem.

  Disliked: The loud street: I had seen comments about noise before booking, but I usually don’t mind it. What I didn’t realise was that the property is right on a massive multi-lane road. The traffic noise was very noticeable in the evenings. After a few nights, I bought some noise-cancelling earplugs from Carrefour (they were less than 5 Euro), which helped a lot. I think the hotel should provide these for guests if they can’t improve the soundproofing, it’s a cheap solution that would make the stay much more comfortable. Bathrooms: The property has two bathrooms. Unfortunately, when we used the shower in the bathroom near the kitchen, the water didn’t drain properly. We reported this to reception, but it was never fixed during our 7-night stay. Kitchen and equipment: When we arrived, some of the kitchen equipment wasn’t switching on. I tried the central electricity switch with no luck, and reception couldn’t resolve it either. The next day, I eventually found a small switch and managed to get it working myself. Overall: The property looks great, but it needs better checks between guests to ensure everything is in order. These small but persistent issues really took away from the holiday experience. For these reasons, I would not stay here again.

  Loved everything…

  Liked: The loft was fantastic. Great location and short walk into Palma. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen well equipped as were bathrooms with good quality toiletries. Loved the sun terrace….. what a lovely place to watch the sun go down. We had a great stay and loved everything about the loft but I will point out that there are quite a lot of steep stairs and we were there over the weekend and it was a bit noisy as near a few bars. Neither of these things bothered us but it may deter some. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

  Amazing terrace a few minutes from the centre

  Liked: The loft is in a vibrant neighbourhood, a few minutes walking from the old town and easy for parking. The terrace overlooks the cathedral and the port.

  Liked: Excellent location, tastefully decorated interior, well equipped/stocked apartment with nice view of the cathedral. I loved the ambiance of the place a lot, and loved sipping tea/wine at the rooftop terrace.

  Disliked: The crowd at bars downstairs were really loud on weekend nights, until about 3am, making it hard to fall asleep. It is a multi-level apartment, so it was a bit of work to move around and may be hard to bring up/down luggage (if you have big ones).
