Fabulous
Amazing stay, amazing location, amazing people!
Liked: It was an amazing experience for us to stay in Melia Palma Bay, With a Sea view from LEVEL rooms are magnificent. Very comfortable bed, with a three-range of pillows, which is perfectly suited to individual preferences. Very professional and friendly staff. Thanks for your hospitality.
Disliked: Nothing particularly to mention. All is well managed.
Lovely Hotel great location good views
Disliked: I had difficulty sleeping one nights as the corridors were open plan and i could hear noise on and off.
Liked: The staff were great and kind
Disliked: Absolutely not acceptable to have a no door on the bathroom
Great breakfast and location
Liked: Good location, close to the beach and a fairly short walk from the cathedral. Incredible breakfast. Great that you get beach towels and don’t have to bring your own. We did room service a couple of times and it was fast and convenient and the food was good. The cleaning staff are doing a great job and all the cleaning ladies were lovely to chat with.
Disliked: Very noisy building; you quickly understand why most hotels have rugs in the corridors. You hear everyone walking in the corridors, closing doors, talking. It’s like the sound bounces. The big road in front of the hotel is also very loud, the first night I couldn’t sleep due to the sound of traffic. This is not a hotel for light sleepers, as either the traffic or hotel noise might keep you up. Very little privacy in the bathroom since there’s no door to the bathroom. The door to the toilet was broken and annoying to close.
Excellent hotel, great rooms and facilities and a roof top pool and bar with great drinks and views
Liked: The parking was excellent, and the roof top bar and pool is a real bonus.

Great location and facilities. We can't wait to visit again
Liked: Room size was really good, comfy beds, big bathroom with plenty of light coming through the big bedroom windows, the big full height mirror was handy for my partner too! Location for us was perfect, around a 20-25minute walk right into the center, which for us was perfect.
