Exceptional
Liked: Great staff, nice rooms, great location
Liked: All good. Well maintained hotel. Location is well priced - it is easy to reach historical center by foot.
Liked: Nice and comfortable.
Disliked: The room I got had an air conditioning machine on top or next to it that made an annoying noise, although I had asked for a quiet room.
A beautiful stay in Palma!
Liked: The staff were all wonderful and the hotel is gorgeous and modern. The rooftop is such a bonus.
Disliked: I didn’t realise you have to request a kettle until our last day. I would have liked to make tea but it was minor. Not many nicer restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel restaurant looked lovely but didn’t try. Eateries & coffee shops we liked the look of were all around a 10/15 mins walk so not really a problem.

Liked: lovely hotel good location. Very friendly and engaging staff at reception and in restaurant. Very attentive. Rooms spacious and comfortable. good bathroom. We paid for breakfast which was great value and moe than ample. We would go back again.
Disliked: could have a Kettle and cups 8n the room
Lovely Palma break with girlfriends
Liked: Very comfortable stay with friendly staff. Lovely welcome drink and upgraded our rooms on arrival. Clean property a little off the main drag but walkable to most places. Taxi organised for us by hotel from airport
Disliked: Service was a bit slow in the restaurant waited an hour for breakfast. On original booking booked single beds for 6 of us rather then double which then couldn’t be guaranteed which was a bit frustrating until actual arrival. Something to watch out for as might have swayed our original booking choice.
