  All fine, we will come back. Great value for money

  Liked: Friendly staff & 3 Pools plus sea. Good Food in Pool Bar.

  Disliked: Beds a bit uncomfortable, restaurant only offering full buffet dinner for hotel guests. Not possible to order any small snacks, or meals after pool bar closing @ 4pm.

  It was a short holiday but defo returning for a longer stay next time

  Liked: I like the cleanliness and I also liked the view in the morning and evening wow plus the reception staff pedro was great help and also muhammed was very helpful and kind also they made a birthday cake for me on request for a little fee and it was absolutely delicious. Red velvet cake.

  Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities, great food - definitely coming again:D

  Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service and all the facilities including the spa, indoor pools, huge out door pool and gardens. The breakfast and dinner buffets were splendid with always lots to choose from. The room was perfect with a peaceful balcony view to the sea. We stayed with our baby and the hotel fulfilled all our requests including a quiet room, crib and even allowed a late checkout. The reception staff was very kind and the cleaning staff was very attentive to cleaning and even left candies for us and our little one. Thank you so much for a GREAT stay. Highly recommended and will visit AGAIN.

  Disliked: The only thing I would like better would be more vegetarian / seafood and rice options. I also think some of the catering staff can be a bit more welcoming but I also understand they have a difficult duty so no complains:)

  perfect location, great views

  Liked: Breakfast was more than anyone could have asked for. Everything was always available. they did a superb job there. The view (i stayed on the 9th floor) was the best part of all of it. So if you stay there, ask for the higher up rooms as the view is just so breathtaking (if you fancy the sea). The staff at the pool area was outstanding. very helpful and friendly. The negatives listed below might put you off but i will go there again because the positive is outweighing the negative by far.

  Disliked: The rooms need a revamp. The aircon smelled so bad, that the room (and i realized at home, all my clothing too) had a weird smell (I kept the balcony doors open instead). the curtains and floor boards need to be replaced. I stayed in room 901 which is the last room on the floor right next to the emergency exit stair case that on the outside of the building. I rained one day and the carpet infront of my door was wet as the rain was pushed under the outside door. I had an issue with the wifi and the reception team was only able to forward my issue to a technician who did not respond. After more than an hour of waiting I canceled the request for help and the reception team did let me know that the technician is an external party taking care of both hotels. In other words, everything is fine in the hotel and the staff is super friendly, as long as there is no issue. Then they seem to be unable to help beyond a "I forwarded your request" kind of way.
