Exceptional
Excellent location, exceptionally nice staff
Liked: We liked the location and the overall decor was very quirky. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The staircases needed more light, too many light switches that were hard to control, the breakfast was nothing special. Overall we felt it had not been worth spending all that money.
Absolutely horrendous - FRAUD!
Liked: Yep I can - my Booking.com account has and still is 'hacked'. My name, phone and address all changed. My stored Amex card was used to make a fraudulent one night stay, for over £500, at your premises and no responsibility has been accepted by the hotel or Booking.com. Booking.com are still investigating, supposedly, some 5/6 weeks later
Disliked: As above - dreadful and shocking. A scam which I have to pay for. Horrible and still goes on
Absolutely brilliant and wish we stayed longer!
Liked: Such an amazing experience! And the cocktail bar was one of the best!
Disliked: They is no parking but it was a short walk to the public parking lot.

Liked: Absolutely out of this world AMAZING hotel!! I did wonder how a hotel could have so many 5 star reviews, but sat in the courtyard of the hotel waiting for our taxi back to the airport following a 5 night stay iI absolutely understand why. AMAZING service from the wonderful staff, Carlos upon check in was so so helpful, he gave us a map and pinpointed all of the must see attractions including fantastic places to eat, it was a celebration for my husband’s 60 th birthday and he had arranged for flowers and a chilled bottle of Cava in the room which was lovely!! Upon arrival at approx 10am we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which are also the best we have ever had. Not a bad word to say about this gorgeous hotel in a stunning location in the centre of Palma, we will definitely return. Thankyou for a very memorable holiday ♥️ x

Liked: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was perfect—everything was spotless throughout our stay. The staff deserve a special mention: always available and willing to help at any time, providing excellent service. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Palma. A special thank you to Lucia, Anita, Iman, and Carlos for their kindness.
