Fabulous
Great place - would definitely come back
Liked: Super location. Great service staff- all of them were kind and helpful. Electrical bikes for 6 EUR was perfect to go to beaches and get around.
Disliked: The pool was quite cold (end of October)
Too much pre trip anxiety
Liked: Good location
Disliked: They were beyond unhelpful about the bed situation. I booked a twin room as I was travelling with my mother who had just been diagnosed with dementia. I explained this to them saying she couldn’t be in a room on her own and we needed twin beds. Despite the fact my booking had requested twin beds and they didn’t say ‘if they are available ‘ they then said they couldn’t guarantee twin beds. When I explained the situation they refused to refund and cancel the booking. They caused me extra anxiety about the trip. I only went there because they wouldn’t cancel my booking. I would not book this hotel again because of this.

Liked: Loved the roof top area even though one time we called down for drinks no one answered

Amazing stay!
Liked: Everything was simply wonderful. The breakfasts were always fresh and delicious with a great variety. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel pleasantly surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and fresh fruit in our room. It was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Highly recommended!
