Wish to stay longer
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay, the place is nice, clean and well equipped. The host was lovely. Beach, bus stops and grocery shops are very close. Highly recommend. ❤️✨
nice place but it is falling apart
Liked: Location is good overall. The place is easy to find. The key box is easy entry.
Disliked: The rooms are damp, there is plaster falling off the walls. Rising damp is bad here. Smells musty. One of the rooms is right close to a road, the noise is terrible. Loud exhaust cars, motorbikes, trucks and buses. Some things are broken, wires hanging from walls, shower hose failed.
Disliked: I originally booked Preciosa Planta Baja, but due to last-minute issues, I was offered a different property at Avinguda de Joan Miró, 275 (5th floor). While the first two days of my stay were fine, things took a turn from the third day when a water leak began coming from the bathroom of the floor above (6th floor). I immediately informed the agent, but unfortunately, no action was taken for the remainder of my stay. The leak persisted and significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of timely response and follow-up was disappointing.
Wouldn’t stay again definitely not what we expected and host not upto her job
Disliked: Both bathrooms were mouldy, tv didn’t work and host couldn’t find anyone to sort it out, beds were damp on arrival and no instructions as to how to us the air on heating

Disliked: Dirty and stinky. I personally cleaned the air conditioner filters which were full of dirt
