  Fantastic property and lovely area

  Liked: The house was excellent, and having the garden area was brilliant. It’s well placed with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets/shops nearby. Close enough to enjoy the buzz of Palma but far enough away to also enjoy some quiet time.

  Disliked: We had no complaints about anything.

  Perfect base for eclipse chasing

  Liked: Beautiful house within 10 mins of old city. Beautifully clean on arrival. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The air con was a godsend! The outdoor space was lovely and very welcome. Stephan was an excellent host.

  Lovely Palma apartment

  Liked: It was extremely convenient for access from the airport ( shuttle bus stop at end of road) it was within walking distance from the old quarter and main city attractions. The apartment was extremely comfortable,beds were firm, good facilities and great kitchen and outdoor space. The apartment was well stocked and clean and very modern. Really loved the space.

  Disliked: There was minimal,to no instructions for rubbish ( there were 5 different bins! )The TV was initially hard to use. And it might be useful to let people know they have to let themselves in by craning their arm/ hand through the front door grill!

  Comfy, very roomy, quite close to downtown Palma

  Liked: The flat is really, really nice. It's roomy, pretty and well equipped. Access is via a door code and hosts were very pleasant and communicative. There's plenty of shops, bars, supermarkets, etc, within walking distance as well as several bus stops nearby to go into town or further afield. Even so, it's a quiet area.

  Disliked: The bedrooms are a bit dark since the windows look into an inner courtyard, but everything else was great.

  Lovely spacious apt within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets and promenade

  Liked: Lovely spacious apt, not too far from restaurants and harbour/promenade. 10 min walk from airport bus stop at Passeig Mallorca. Well equipped clean kitchen. Large outside garden area for relaxing.

  Disliked: Difficulty with accessing property as key code not working properly, a little stressful when first arrived at property. Following a phone call to Stefan given an access code to a key safe. Garden could use some maintenance and furniture well used. En suite bathroom shower tray plus tiles need updating.
