Apart from the comment above, a lovely place to be at
Liked: Great location and very nice facilities
Disliked: Need to make it sound proof as people coming in a stupid a clock and making a lot of noise with doors and locks
Liked: Well located basic accommodation near to the center of Palma. Simple, quick self check-in and check out.

Liked: Very good Location, close to the center and a bunch of public transportation options (bus and train to other parts of Mallorca, bus to the beach) in only a few walking minutes. Easy and uncomplicated access to the room, as well as good Service by phone (fast replies). The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The walls are a little thin but it was no problem while sleeping.
Satisfied with the experience overall. A functioning kettle would have been welcome

Liked: I loved the room we had. My 2 daughters had a separate twin room and I had a huge king size bed. The bathroom and shower were great. I loved that there was a fridge too. The sofa was a nice touch so I could sit and read and drink tea and not have to use the bed to sit on. The room was spacious. Location is wonderful because Miss Sushi was across the road! The accommodation is a couple of minutes from a lot of shops, restaurants and ice cream places. Staff were extremely helpful and organised earlier check in and kept in touch. I messed up the PIN to get in and staff were immediately on the phone with me to assist. They also booked a taxi for us for the following morning for our early flight home.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like - only that I couldn't stay longer.
Liked: Great residential neighbourhood, has everything you need and you will feel like you are living as a resident of Palma. Walking distance to all of the touristic locations nearby without the crush of the tourists! The room is fairly spartan, but it was clean and modern.
Disliked: We had some problems with housekeeping not providing towels or making the bed, but perhaps that was a one-off issue (although it happened twice in the 4 days we stayed there).
