  Amazing location, friendly, unfortunate unexpected end to our stay

  Liked: Friendly staff, great location, beautiful rooms

  Disliked: Unfortunate end to our holiday, we were awoken at 3:50am on our final stay day when there was a burst pipe which caused most of the hotel to flood. Awoke us 90mins earlier than expected and we had to rush to pack without showers and evacuate the hotel. I hope others have better luck than we did, and I hope they made a quick fix to the massive water leak. Would return, just seemed like bad luck.

  Lovely romantic boutique hotel

  Liked: The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location, with restaurants, shops, and the Cathedral all within easy walking distance. The rooftop area overlooking the Cathedral was a lovely feature and a great place to relax. Also close to the beach.

  Disliked: While there was a spa available, it appeared quite small, and we did not end up using it. In our apartment, the shower screen leaked water onto the bathroom floor, and some of the tapware felt a little loose and wobbly. Another challenge was access by car. If you are renting a vehicle, there is nowhere to stop directly in front of the hotel to load or unload luggage. In addition, rideshare services such as Uber do not appear to pick up directly from the hotel entrance, so we had to rely on taxis instead.

  10/10 would book again

  Liked: The location is perfect for spending the day walking to the big sights. It was quiet at night, and the staff was very helpful. I was extra surprised at how wonderful the spa was- not something I thought I would even use and it made a huge difference to my enjoyment.

  Disliked: I did not eat the breakfast so I can not comment.

  Amazing place in Palma de Mallorca!

  Liked: A wonderful, modern and beautiful hotel located in the historic part of the city. The reception area is especially stylish and welcoming. We were able to walk to several important sights and really enjoyed exploring the city on foot. However, keep in mind that many places are closed on Sundays, including the Banys Àrabs and some churches in Palma de Mallorca, so we couldn’t visit as many attractions as planned. Still, we had a lovely time walking around and really enjoyed the city.

  Disliked: Despite the high price, there was no complimentary water in the room, which was quite inconvenient, especially in the very hot weather and with limited shops nearby. Parking in the city centre can also be challenging, so this is something to consider if you are travelling by car. One other small issue was the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom, which made taking a shower slightly uncomfortable when travelling with children, as the person in the bathroom could be seen from the bedroom. Overall, however, we had a very good experience and would definitely consider coming back. We did not travel by car, which made things easier for us.
