Exceptional
This was a lovely stay, very relaxing we will come back for a longer stay!
Liked: We enjoyed the hotel! Loved the little note in our room! The night auditor was really nice and felt sorry for our airplane delay! The breakfast buffet was really nice and the fact that we can go to have breakfast until 11am is amazing! The reception were always here to get us local taxis!
Disliked: We didn’t receive any message about conciergerie, on helping us on how to fully enjoy and organize pour 2 days holidays (while leaving we heard a couple checking in and the reception asked them if they had any plans and if they needed help to organize their FOUR day stay!). The housekeeping team knocked 4 times on our door in the morning when we opened they just said sorry and left, they ended up waking us up multiple times …. We asked the reception if we could get a late checkout to really enjoy the hotel because our plane was at 9pm and check out was at 12, we only got one extra hour, we understand that this is not a team issue and that other clients are checking in after us, but knowing that we arrived late the first day we would of liked a little gesture!
Liked: Excellent Staff, good size clean room, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Having to pay for the Hotel internet as an add on is a bit rich in any hotel these days let alone one that is supposedly in the premium class.. Not good.
Nice, second time but not sure would go back again

Disliked: Now all getting a bit dated, our room above the breakfast lounge noisy from 6:30, pool not heated 22 degrees and sign saying pool closed all the time although there were lifeguards? Taxi queues are a debacle!

A beautiful hotel with amazing access to golf courses and fantastic staff
Liked: All members of staff were exceptional. Always very helpful and going beyond what was required. We have a daughter with a severe food allergy and the staff dealt with the situation brilliantly. She was very comfortable eating in the restaurant. We could not praise the staff highly enough.
Amazing, beautiful, breathtaking
Liked: The golf course was amazing; the staff were very knowledgeable about all the guests' needs. Everything was amazing.
