Very good
Liked: Great facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. The room and bathrooms were very clean. I enjoyed the cafe and the kitchen was good. There were plenty of fridges and pans etc. It was very central in Palma.
Disliked: My only issue is that a private room with shared bathroom was 120€ a night out of season (late October), which is a lot. However, Palma is notoriously expensive.
Very hip colorful hostel good value
Liked: Easy to find and good facilities
Disliked: No free coffee.
Liked: The beds and sheets, rooms and toilets were very clean.
Disliked: It is noisy, as expected.

Liked: The staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned every day. Hassle free stay. Easy access to public transport.
Disliked: The paid laundry service.
Convenient stay with great common areas but some practical drawbacks
Liked: The location was good, with the city center reachable in about a 30-minute walk. We appreciated the elevator, and the key card access system for both the hotel and the room made entering and leaving very convenient. The rooftop terrace was also a nice feature, with bean bags and a pleasant atmosphere where guests could relax and socialise with others. The room provided adequate storage space for luggage and personal belongings, which made our stay more comfortable and organised.
Disliked: The showers in the shared bathrooms had fixed shower heads, which made showering somewhat inconvenient. Sound insulation was also poor, and we could easily hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside the room. In the women's bathroom, there was no sanitary bin inside the toilet cubicles. Guests needing to dispose of sanitary products had to leave the cubicle and walk to a bin located near the bathroom entrance, which was inconvenient and did not provide sufficient privacy. In addition, the batteries in the TV remote control were dead, which meant we had to get out of bed every time we wanted to change channels, adjust the volume, or turn the TV on and off.
Great value for money, great hostel
Liked: This hostel had everything I needed, great value for money. Curtains on the beds for privacy. Lockers available to use (bring your own lock). You could change notes into coins at the hostel. I would definitely recommend it. There were enough toilets and showers available. I felt comfortable. And the location was great for me. I used the hostel as a base to get buses to other locations for hikes
Disliked: For my clothes to actually dry, I had to use the dryer twice. It's €5 a go. So that was a bit of pain. But good to have the facility. One of the washing machines didn't work (there's 2 washers and 2 dryers). But luckily no-one else was trying to use the washer when I wanted to. The lockers are loud, which can be disruptive at night. People using them did wake me up on occasion. There aren't sanitary bins in each toilet. You have to carry it to the main area by the sinks to dispose of it...
Good to know
Ideal for groups of friends and solo travelers, international travelers, backpackers, or sportsmen. At Boc Hostels, you'll find a vibrant atmosphere, so if you're looking for a quiet environment, we may not be the best choice for you. But if you fancy an international atmosphere and the hustle and bustle of the Balearic capital in the summer, this is the place for you!
