Disliked: Although the villa is excellent and no complaints there… it is in quite part of Palma and you will need a car if you’re going to venture out.
Perfect stay in Palma de Mallorca, close to the beaches and downtown as well
Liked: The villa has everything you may need for a great stay. It’s well equipped, has enough sun beds, sun umbrellas, enough kitchen plates, dishes, coffee machine (espresso) etc.
Disliked: Everything was good….no negative points really
Liked: The house is exceptional with a beautiful garden and pool to relax in, the rooms spacious and clean, the 4 rooms and the living is perfect for 8 people. Beside all these, the house is super equipped with everything you could need. Definitely recommended!

Liked: Spacious, airy and well equipped.Plenty of bathrooms for a group of six adults and two children. Lovely gardens and well maintained pool.
Disliked: We hired a car and this enabled us to do bigger shops for food etc. Train station is about a 10minute walk away that will take you into central Palma. Single fare was €1.80…value for money in my opinion.

Liked: The swimming pool and garden are so beautiful and private. Loved all the lounge chairs and seating areas. Everything is available: washer, dryer, dishwasher and airco. WiFi worked well. It was clean and tidy. The house felt airy and bright. Maria was lovely and quick to respond. We loved the location, we could walk to some restaurants and even to a supermarkt for a small grocery trip. For bigger trips bring the car. The little bakery at the corner has lovely breakfast items in the morning. The neighborhood felt very friendly and safe, discovered some beautiful walkways for an evening stroll. We also went to ‘Freedom’ and ‘Open’ to play padel with friends. Very close by and easy to rent rackets and a lane. So for house and location: we would definitely recommend this house.
Disliked: Just some small things. We were here in early Spring, so in the evening it was still a bit cold and we were inside after dinner. The couch isn’t the most comfortable, it’s pretty hard to sit on. Some kitchen items need replacement: cutting boards and bread knives/sharp knives. Easy to fix. But overall it was a lovely stay and we highly recommend it.
