  Disliked: The night receptionist does not know how to communicate properly with guests and is quite rude. The bathroom is located on the first floor, making it difficult to find if your room is on the ground floor. It is also difficult to sleep at night because of guests arriving late and making noise. The lockers for storing luggage are not very convenient either. Overall, the hostel needs to improve its customer service, facilities, and nighttime organisation.
