  Great place in Basel

Liked: Great location in walking distance from the river and good restaurants.

Disliked: As having stayed there before, facilities are deteriorating. Management should reinvest earnings to ensure hotel standard.

More like a student dorm than a hotel

Liked: The lobby was welcoming and had a playground.

Disliked: No parking available, I had to drive a lot to find a place far from the hotel. The evening receptionist didn’t know the area and provided no valuable info about what to do and where to dine.
