  Loved everything about this hotel - especially the staff. A great experience from start to finish

  Liked: I have spent a lifetime travelling the world. This is a superb hotel and I loved our stay. The staff we encountered were the most respectful and friendly I can recall in any hotel, and the service we received was impeccable, especially from Michael, Raul, and Beatrice in the bar/restaurant. The front desk staff were also faultless. The breakfast was amazing - unlike in many other hotels, the staff were very quick to clear tables. We enjoyed eating in both the bar and the restaurant in the evening. The rooms were spotless and beautifully presented - they were ready for us on arrival even though we arrived well before the official check-in time. My request for two adjacent rooms was fulfilled. The public areas of the hotel were tastefully designed and very welcoming. The hotel location is a little outside the centre, but with buses and trams every 7 minutes or so, it hardly matters. I encourage all visitors to Basel to try this hotel.

  Excellent, clean and comfortable!

  Liked: The staff was amazing, kind and welcoming. The room was super clean, it was one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in. The location is great, on a quiet and residential area, with direct bus to the airport by the door, and tram and bus to move within the city too.

  Excellent Stay at Dorint

  Liked: I had a great stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and everything tasted fresh. The location was perfect, I could easily get to all the places I planned to visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort and convenience, and I will stay again.

  Really nice, worth the money

  Liked: The room was clean The bed and pillows were comfortable Checkin checkout were super easy Very close to the bus station that gets you straight to the railway station

  A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended

  Liked: We absolutely loved the hotel!!! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and functional! Sofia gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely accommodating with our requests, which made our stay absolutely perfect!!! And the breakfast was wonderful too!! Highly recommend!
