  EXPENSIVE NIGHTMARE

Liked: We were in this hotel just for sleeping and a good breakfast while travelling from Germany to Italy, we checked-in at night (02.30 am) and was planning to wake up at 09.00 and continue our way. Weirdly the room was like a refrigrator: we could sleep at 08.30 in the morning after one hotel staff brought us a small fan for heating. The room was under 18 degree celcius. We missed the breakfast time because all of us slept after 08.30 and continue travelling without well quality sleep. I had read some comments about coldness of the rooms in the hotel however I assumed the hotel had got rid of the problem: they did not do anything and I know they will not do anything so please listen to me and don’t go there if you want a warm sleep in such cold country.

Liked: The breakfast was high-quality and delicious.

Disliked: The hotel is very far from the city centre. There is a bus service, but buses run every 15 minutes and can be very crowded at certain times. Also, despite leaving the card to indicate that the room needed cleaning, the room was not cleaned.
