  Decent business hotel in a convenient location for the conference centre

  Liked: The reception staff were helpful. The location is convenient for the tram which is necessary to get into town.

  Disliked: I had to ask 3 times and wait 2 days to have the coffee and water in the 'free' minibar replenished. The room was not cleaned every day.

  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff on Reception keen to help and make for a pleasant stay. I asked for more pillows, more coffee, an iron and an ironing board, plus a kettle and all arrived at my room within minutes. Very convenient to the tram service which stops right outside. Good cafes and bars closeby. Fridge/mini bar with freebies was most welcome.

  Disliked: Air con wasn't too easy to control which resulted in room being either too cold or too hot. A small table on both sides of the bed would have been useful.

  The hotel is a little far from the city center, but this is not a major issue thanks to the excellent tram connections r

  Liked: The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The room was excellent, with a stunning panoramic view. Everything felt new, stylish, and well-maintained. Although the hotel is located a little away from the city center, public transportation is very convenient, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

  Liked: Location and staf are great!

  Disliked: I think there is a need to upgrade to smart TV and also to make sure that the old furnitures are replaced with new ones.
