  Absolutely the worst experience

  Liked: Bed okay. Shower okay.

  Disliked: Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely terrible service. Big argument in next room in middle of night. Police called. No response from property manager at all. Not in middle of night and not the next morning. No apology, no acknowledgement. Nothing. Also late sending arrival instructions and no information on what to do when leaving.

  SHAME ON YOU!!!

  Liked: The room we paid for for two nights was OCCUPIED by three men. A naked man opened OUR room that they had occupied. We had no choice but to PAY for another hotel. NO ONE has ever responded to our emails. Mara is the hostess, but she DOES NOT RESPOND to our messages.. We have not received a response to this day. BOOKING has also not refunded the money. SHAME!!!

  A place to avoid

  Disliked: It could be a great place to stay in Basel BUT… communication is a total mess. The code to the key box was never communicated, none of my messages were answered. I got into the apartment by sheer coincidence as the cleaning team was there when I arrived, and they let me in. Internet didn‘t work. For your peace of mind: a place to avoid.

  Liked: The apartment itself is new, that was good. There is kitchen and dining room. Location is also quite good, near the train station.

  Disliked: Check in information wasn’t sent in advance. I had to contact Booking support to get the info, as my messages from one day before arrival were ignored. There was problem with water in bathroom, when i was taking shower the water just didn’t flush.

  Great value for money!

  Liked: Spacious room, well equipped apartment, clean, near the station. Good value for money! I would not hesitate to book the place again

  Disliked: - Chaotic management of the property, including handling of the keys and access codes and Basel Card. Non-working wifi. Messages go unanswered. - How to turn on the cooking stove is a mystery, apparently even to the management - The room was just poorly thought out: facing the street with no curtains, only blinds that don't fully close out (so you'll have car lights as they pass when you try to go to sleep), the main light source is a flickering fluorescent light...
