Great location but pricey for the accommodations

Liked: Great location near the river.

Disliked: No airco in the hottest weeks of the year are no fun. Didn’t sleep well.

  Liked: The breakfast was amazing!!!

Disliked: There could have been doors or curtain between the lounge and bedroom as I was in the lounge and my daughter and husband in the bed 😄

Beauty in the heart of Basel

Liked: Nice place furnished with lots of taste and eye for the details. Excellent experience for the body and mind.

Disliked: My credit card number was registered as a guarantee. If I want it to be removed/deleted, I have to particularly ask for this, otherwise the hotel keeps this information for the future to which I disagree.

Great location, wonderful staff, spotless and continental breakfast is fantastic

Liked: Location, though you had to go to sister hotel across the road, for lounge, dinning it was not a issue. The sister hotel backed onto the river and has a lovely outside seating area. There is a lively wine bar at Consum hotel

Disliked: There is building work next door but this will be temporary and I am sure the out come will be very smart
