Frustrated attempt for a good night sleep!!

Liked: Well organized, with many details to make it Cozy.

Disliked: The apartment was advertised as non-smoking, yet there was a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room. It was so unpleasant that I was unable to sleep properly. This was compounded by several other issues: the shower handle was broken, the window protection was damaged, the carpet was dirty, and the pillows were of very poor quality. These are not minor inconveniences; they are basic standards that should have been checked and addressed before the apartment was made available to guests. I had an important meeting the following morning, and instead of being able to rest, I woke up feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. The condition of the apartment directly affected my sleep, comfort, and ability to function the next day. Overall, I find the condition of the apartment unacceptable and well below what I would reasonably expect from a property advertised for accommodation. I would therefore expect an appropriate response and compensation for such a disappointing stay. Contacted the host asap I arrived, the answer was a point!

Liked: Location is centric. There were parking spots available in front of the building.

Disliked: The smell of the pillows, towels and duvet was badly sharp and overwhelming. I had to use perfume to cover it. The mattress and the pillows are uncomfortable
