Liked: Clean, modern, great location. The Basel card was fantastic as there is a bus stop across the road.

If we are ever in Basel again, we WILL stay here again! Highly recommend staying here!

Liked: Free Wi-Fi! Communication was great during awake hours. We had a few concerns upon arrival. I messaged them to the team. Phil called me in the morning to address the concerns, came over personally and fixed all of them. He was genuinely concerned about making things right. And he did make things right. this place is Close to Tram & bus stops, coffee shop, small grocery store in a very nice area.

Disliked: We arrived late at night. The light in the hallway after entering the building is half down the hallway, could definitely use a motion sensor to turn the lights on!

Liked: Location was great. Apt had everything you need inside and stores are close by.

Disliked: Air fans (multiple ones) should be a must esp during recent European heat waves. Apt has no air unit and it’s impossible to survive without air fans in 100 degrees weather. We asked for it and got one tower fan, but had to struggle for 24 hrs badly. Also, at least xtra 1 xtra bed sheet would be great, esp in this horrible heat. Blanket can’t be used in 100 degrees and it was nothing else that could be used for a cover.

Comfortable residential style stay near central Basel

Liked: Spacious large studio with kitchen and comfortable double bed and spacious shower room; pleasant residential area about 10 minute walk to tram/bus

Disliked: We stayed during a heat wave and ventilation was difficult (no air con or fan). The electric kettle wouldn’t plug in.
