  Liked: The apartmens is very modern and has all facilities you might need to cook for yourself. Confortable beds and lots of space to store luggage and personal belongings. Supermarket in the basement of the building. Very good communication with the staff. We had the possibility to leave luggage after check out and be albe to explore. Very well connected to to SBB station, bus 30 runs every 5 min. It was very easy to explore in all directions due to good connection from Basel to litterally everywhere.

  Nice and clean spacious flats

  Liked: It was nice and spacious, clean and good location. Food shop was below. Around 20 minutes walk to the river.

  Disliked: Its was very hot and no AC. On the first day no shower head which was strange, when delivering staff opened the door of apartment which was intrusive without ringing the bell. No staff were in the front desk - (a room downstairs)to advise so had to communicate only through email.

  Liked: The staff - all of them were super kind and helpful and nice. We met cleaning girls outside, they were not onliged but also helped us a lot. A big thank you also to the people who were replying to the million emails and guiding us. We will definitely go next time to the same place. Best regards,

  Disliked: What we didnt like is the fact that there is only one key left in the box. In our cases we were 2 people arriving at different time and the fisrt one had to waste time and wait for the second one to give the key. When you are coming for short time this is really not the best..to stay and just wait. There should be another way for the second person to get a key independently from the first one.
