Great location with very helpful staff. Highly recommend for a stay in Basel

Liked: Very central, close to public transport, staff were very friendly and plenty of options for breakfast.

Disliked: Stayed in October 2026, heat was a little over powering in the bedroom at times.

  Pleasant 1 night stay

Liked: Location, next to Museum Tinguely, a curious visit. Good breakfast. Close to excellent, somewhat pricey authentic Swiss restaurant. Accommodating front desk.

Disliked: Weird, non-intuitive shower fixture, along with very slippery shower floor. Hot room.

Apart from the parking issue, I was very satisfied with my stay!

  Liked: Was clean and comfortable

Disliked: I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having parking facilities. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I had to spend more than half an hour looking for a parking space. This was very frustrating and disappointing.
