Liked: Basic amenities present, proximity to Basel SBB

Disliked: The main reason we chose this hotel was its convenient location close to Basel SBB, which was perfect for our trip. Unfortunately, our actual stay in the room was quite uncomfortable. The room itself was very small with little space to move around, and because the windows could not be opened, the air inside felt stagnant and suffocating. Additionally, the sink was clogged, causing it to fill up with water almost instantly every time we used it. Service was also inconsistent: despite booking for three guests, housekeeping continuously provided only two towels. We had to go down to reception every single day to ask for a third. If we didn’t specifically remind them, they would revert right back to leaving only two towels the following morning.
