  Liked: Big room, nice location and the breakfast ibcluded was okay! Clean, cozy, well designed. Seamless late check in by door code!

  Disliked: The breakfast is not a buffet, its a breakfast set. For that price I would have loved some hams and cheeses, and more bread.

  Great place and would definitely stay there again!

  Liked: Great location. Place was very close to Unternehmen Mitte for breakfast/coffee/drinks. Easy access to rooms with clear instructions. Basel cards are provided with the room which saves actually quite a bit. Very tasteful, comfortable spacious room. I’d definitely stay there again!

  Disliked: Dishwasher hadn’t been emptied from previous occupants and smelled a bit from the stagnant humidity (although we barely used the kitchen area so it wasn’t too much of an issue for us). Better trash instructions would make it easier to use as we weren’t sure what went where.

  if you are just a couple and do not use the sofa bed, I beileve this is a great hotel

  Liked: great location, fair price, everything is handled online - reservaton, access code, luggage storage. Durign the day you may find someone on the front desk. very well equiped kitchen in the suit.

  Disliked: The sofa bed - this was the most unpleasant of all - Noisy, squeaky does not allows you to sleep normally. It was hard to withstand it for 3 days. the doors - no door between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment. I wanted some privacy, but this was not possible. Also no lock on the door of the bathroom.

  Good location, but not good customer support

  Liked: Great location in old town, only minutes from tram stop and townhall

  Disliked: I didn't like the confiquration of the comfort room plus sofa bed assiqned to us. It didn't match the photos. And it caused stress for us on arrival as we tried to aet it sorted to accommodate 3 adults The only solution Limehome offered us was to pay for another room ( which we did, because it was too late to change). We think it would have shown good customer care to provide this extra room complimentary OR to assign us the correct confiquration room that was advertised. It appears they actually assigned us the 1 bedroom and sofa suite. instead of the comfort room plus sofa that we booked.
