  Very central

Liked: The owner was available on my arrival

Disliked: The room smelled of cigarette smoke and I wanted a non-smoke room. The mattress bed was not very comfortable. I paid too much in city taxes, but the tenant refunded me the difference, although in the end I had to pay an extra €4.90 due to currency exchange differences.

Liked: Fast responsive host! Convenient, central location great for a city visit and great for families too

Disliked: Shared Entrance and hallways not so clean. Bathroom - could do with renovating. - tiles a bit black in grout and need a deep steam clean

Great location and welcoming host. Really convenient for exploring the old city of Basel

Liked: A fantastic location in the old town - lots of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. I booked it on the same day that I stayed and was so happy when the host was expecting me and gave me clear instructions on where to go and what to do. I was allowed to leave my luggage in the bar below the apartment and the bar owner was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Disliked: Can't really think of anything to say!
