  Modern accomodation with everything you need but a little far from central Bern

  Liked: A modern accommodation with everything you might need. You can reserve parking and we used the washing machine facility.

  Disliked: A little far from central Bern but you get a free transport card. There was a weird unpleasant stench in our bathroom.

  Good Value

  Liked: The room was spacious and there was an Aldi’s right next door where one could buy supplies for the mini kitchen

  Disliked: The bathroom was tiny! No room to turn! Or store toiletries!

  Comfortable apartment on the outskirts of Bern with very helpful staff

  Liked: Very helpful staff. Good communication and a short walk from an outdoor swimming pool (free).

  Disliked: Not sure what was ‘deluxe’ about the room. It was mainly Ikea furniture and fittings with only one comfy chair (and two uncomfortable ones). No air con. Still it was fine for one night and had a decent shower. There’s not much around there, except an Aldi, but it’s a short bus journey into Bern and you can buy chilled ready meals in the lobby.
