Fantastic property for a family with longer stays in Bern

Liked: Digital check in and digital key to get in/out of building and room (Family Studio) Enjoyed the facilities of the studio, the size of room and equipment provided

Disliked: Ventilation system - temperature was not easily adjustable (too hot) and we had to open the windows. However, opening the windows meant noise from surrounding building works.

Comfy and different. Large common area is a highlight

Liked: Open space on the top floor for everyone. Fully equipped kitchen for everyone to use, large living and dining area, nicely designed and cozy.

Disliked: Next to the highway, need to sleep with windows closed. A bit of a ‘dead’ area during weekend, especially Sunday. However, Bern city is just 3 min away by frequent train.

Liked: The room, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean. Easy to check in. Steps away from Bern Wankdorf train station. Even though it was so close to the train station, you couldn't hear a thing; it was completely soundproof. Plus, there's a Co-op store on the ground floor, so you can easily grab anything you need.

Liked: The idea of smart house is perfectly implemented at this hotel, though from very beginning it took time to understand, how it works. A truly great help from the staff (Silvana and Maria). Location and price is nicely balanced.

Disliked: A bit difficult to get inside at first, but later on it is not an issue.
