Disliked: We sent a written claim to the hotel regarding the misunderstanding we experienced and the unforeseen situation that occurred. Unfortunately, we have not received any written response. Such a lack of communication and follow-up is disappointing and falls below the standard of service one would expect from a hotel of this calibre.
