Very convenient location and nice place!

Liked: Place was super and clean and nice. The luggage room was super helpful and the digital keys were neat

Disliked: Woke up one morning to an intense sewer gas smell. It dissipated after an hour or two

Great location but not worth it

Liked: The location is perfect, right in the centre of Bern

Disliked: I had booked a "Superior Double Room Big". There was nothing superior nor big about the room which was half under the roof and didn't even have a television. The space to hang your clothes is miniscule. For the same price there are far better options.

Liked: There is no traditional check-in desk, but you can easily check in using your phone. If you have any issues, you can reach out to the host in the common area on the first floor. The room is well-designed and functional, with almost everything you might need during your stay. Being able to open the window is a nice bonus. The shared lounge and kitchen are beautifully designed, practical, and comfortable. You can also enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and water. There’s even a game room with a PS5 and a foosball table. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the train station, the Old Town, and most of Bern’s main attractions.

We got lost and needed a last minute place to stay. This was a pleasant surprise when we needed rest

Liked: The entire hotel was fabulous. From the circular staircase to the lounge/kitchen area, amenities, friendly staff and other guests. The hotel room was perfect--a bit small but to be expected for being right in the center of the city. The location was excellent because steps from shops, restaurants, etc.

  Disliked: Nothing. All great!
