  A Stunning Stay

  Liked: A beautiful and spacious hotel with breathtaking views. The jacuzzi on the balcony adds a magical touch to the experience. I absolutely loved the place and everything about it. I also left a personal item behind, and the staff were very helpful in arranging to ship it back to me after I covered the shipping cost. I truly appreciated their cooperation and excellent service.

  Disliked: The jacuzzi had excessively high chlorine levels, and it took an entire day to resolve the issue. The price was also quite high compared to the services provided, and the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as expected, despite the cold weather outside.

  Incredible views, incredibel staff and incredible memories

  Liked: Our stay at Boutique Hotel Glacier was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the breathtaking mountain views, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding hospitality. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and provided the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Grindelwald. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. Without a doubt, it was one of the best breakfast spreads I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! The variety, quality, and attention to detail were remarkable, and it was the perfect way to start each morning. What made our stay even more memorable was that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion feel special, and their thoughtfulness and genuine kindness meant so much to both of us. It’s those personal touches that turn a wonderful hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. It was clear that the entire team takes tremendous pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests.

  Will be back again for a magical stay

  Liked: This view was spectacular from our suite. We could see the valley and Eiger mountain. It was a blessing to just sit in the balcony and gaze.

  Disliked: Only that massage services could begin by 10 AM and not 1 PM.

  Start here. It’s beautiful, quiet and best views of the mountains

  Liked: Best view of the mountain and the Eiger anywhere in Grindelwald. Lovely hotel. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast is exceptional. All the staff are so lovely and helpful. The spa and sauna are beautiful and a great bonus. The view from the spa!!! Would recommend highly.
