  Great location and great property

  Fabulous location in Grindelwald

  Liked: This apartment was spacious and had everything we wanted. It has a really comfy bed! The host is wonderful and accommodated all of our needs. The laundry room was a bonus. Great location and so close to shops, restaurants and the train station.

  Liked: The apartment is clean and its location is convenient, only few minutes away from the train station. The kitchen is well equipped. The staffs are nice and respond promptly.

  Disliked: The fans are not good, it was a bit hot in the room while sleeping.

  Liked: The location was very good. Close to bus, train, grocery and activities.

  Disliked: The towels in the bathroom were not soft. This one is not bad, just odd, but the floor in the bedroom is heated. And while I did figure it out, a simple instruction list on how to use the stove would be helpful.

  Overpriced

  Liked: The accommodation has a great location and was clean.

  Disliked: The accommodation was a huge disappointment for us and not worth the price. The apartment was hot and there was no air conditioning. When we contacted the host, we were simply told to open the windows, but the mosquito net was not properly secured to the window frame. The water temperature in the shower changed extremely quickly between hot and cold — we could almost get burned. We had also read about this issue in previous reviews, so apparently it still hasn’t been fixed. Furthermore, the host was not cooperative at all. They made no effort to help resolve any of the issues, even when we asked for a 3 PM check-in instead of 4 PM, we were told it was impossible. We probably communicated with a chatbot throughout the entire stay. The photos uploaded by the host appear to have been filtered and do not reflect the actual condition of the property.
