  Loved it and would reserve again!

  Liked: Location was great. Right by the bus stop and near Grindelwald Terminal. Kitchen was awesome and had plenty of cookware for making meals in!

  Disliked: When reserving, didn't realize it was an attic level apartment so we had to take our luggage up numerous stairs. None of the windows had screens on them so if you did open up the windows for air flow you'd get flies into the apartment.

  Liked: The location is super b. Right beside Grindelwald Terminal. You can view the weather and decide on the spot weather to buy the Jungfraujoch ticket or not.

  The location is perfect!

  Liked: Location was perfect! Right next to the Terminal from where all the cables cars were going, bus, train. Just perfect!

  Disliked: 1. If your neighbors use all hot water, then you will have only cold water. You have no control over that. I was very upset that after all day of hiking under cold rain we couldn’t have any hot water for showers or dishes. 2. Towels were probably clean, but they smelled musty. I couldn’t stand that smell. The owner probably washes them in cold water, so I am not sure how clean they are.

  Disliked: We stayed at the studio apartment. We had one towel per person for 5 nights. One dispose bag. Asked the owner for another one and replied, "Garbage is very expensive in Switzerland, go buy one at coop". The place is super small. Also, we are accused of breaking the toilet seat when we haven't done anything extra ordinary. I weigh 75kg and my mom less 🤣. Paying 1300+ CHF and getting replies like "2CHF garbage bag too expensive we can't afford" and sending picture of broken toilet seat afterward that we have no idea how it broke is absolutely terrifying and is the worst experience we ever had in any stays and in any other country. Had the opportunity to get a four bedroom apartment for the same price in b&b. Shouldn't have trusted the 8+ ratings. Edit You are really really full of Deceptions. Two sets of 4 towels? There were one set for each person. Which consisted of a hand towel, face towel, hair towel and a body towel. We had to Hang and dry the towels in order to use them for 5 nights. Also I forgot to mention. Above the toilet there's a sign that says do not take dump while being on the toilet with your feet. It's ridiculous. The owner thinks that we're some kind of animals that stand on toilet seats. And him claiming that the toilets seats were damaged? Probably either happened before too speculating from the sign he has up there. He doesn't have any evidence to prove that we were the one responsible for the damage and again it was in fine condition when we left. How would a toilet seat break... with a hammer??? If it keeps happening, shouldn't he be thinking that either his toilet seats are made of clay or his cleaning manager is responsible or Is he reusing the photos from the last incident? Maybe? We've tidy everything dried everything and put away before we left. My moms gonna cry after all the cleaning she done and see how this owner comments XD.

  Disliked: They need Real pillows..the pillows they had were terrible, i mean the blanket they gave were thicker than the pillows they had.
