  It’s a really great stay but slightly pricey

  Liked: Perfect location! Nice view from the balcony. Nice breakfast. There is salmon and you could boil eggs according to your preference. There is a jacuzzi but need to wear swimsuits.

  Disliked: Need to pay extra city tax and they only accept cash if total amount is under 50 CHF. This caught me off guard as I didn’t prepare much cash. And the other hotel I stayed had included city tax in the booking fee, which is convenient and cheaper.

  Lovely stay in a fabulous location

  Liked: The location, the staff, cleanliness. Breakfast was lovely with an incredible view! Great choice if you are in Grindelwold

  Disliked: Room was a little too warm for us.Mattress too hard for me but that’s personal preference.

  Friendly staff, nice room with a very Swiss feel, nice Spa facilities, and great location

  Liked: The owners (Alexander and Regula) and staff were all very friendly and attentive. Our room was very nice, clean and relatively-large. The hotel had an ideal location in the centre of town and was very quiet. We also really enjoyed the spa area, which included a steam room, a spa and a whirlpool. The breakfasts were very good.
