We had a lovely stay the area was fabulous
Liked: Property was really nice and we had use of the sister hotel
Disliked: Staff were not very accommodating
Very loud & weirdly short ceilings
Disliked: Extremely loud & could heart the restaurant workers below our floor slamming doors until about 10pm+. Also right off the busy street so also very loud from all of that noise, but you have to leave the windows open to cool the room off. If you are taller than 6’2”, you will not fit in the rooms either.
Great last minute spot - amazing staff, a few creature comforts not available
Liked: Great location - amazing and very accommodating staff.
Disliked: There was no mini fridge and no air conditioning. Unfortunately it was very hot during our stay - a small fan was made available which helped.
Liked: Very friendly staff. Very warm reception. Were offered drinks at arrival. Half price reduction on all transport in grindelwald incl cable carts and mountain trains. This makes a huge difference.
Disliked: Nothing. Small issues were solved instantly.
