  My 2 day visit to Grindelwald

  Liked: The location and view along with the staff.Really helpful and polite. Also the lady serving the breakfast almost made us feel like we were staying like somebody's house guest.. Truly a wonderful time for first time being in Grindelwald. Not to mention the vintage hotel feel is a huge multiplier. We were late to arrive on the first day yet they waited for late at night in a town which goes sleep by 7pm

  Lovely place

  Liked: Perfectly central in the town, warm and cosy, very clean and comfortable beds. Shower was great, good pressure and lots of hot water. A cute little chocolate on arrival too. It had a lovely cosy traditional swiss feel to the place.

  Disliked: The reception wasn't open between 12-2 so we couldn't drop our bags then. Also a TV with a few English channels would have been great as we had to stay a little while to change phones and couldnt watch the TV.

  Better than expected! Felt at home!

  Liked: The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! The room was simple (was as pictured) but very comfortable The balcony and view was better than expected!
