Very good
Great view, but no real comforts for a pleasant stay
Liked: The view was great! It is a quiet area and relatively easy to get to most things. The size is good for two people and I think could be good for a longer term stay when you will buy some of your own things to have in the property.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I rented the apartment for the deck and the chairs on the deck were broken. Overall, it was not a great place for a short stay. The owners wanted me to buy the garbage sacks for close to 20 CHF, the towels were old and the sheets were stained, there wasn't a smart tv, and although there is a dishwasher, there was no soap for the machine. It is a nice place, but maybe better for a longer term stay when you will bring some of your own supplies or buy them as you go along.
Splendid location for a stay in Lausanne
Liked: Location, clean, quiet, nicely furnished. Walking distance to many attractions. Easy 15 minute walk to Lausanne Gare. Instructions to locate building and access instructions were very precise. Lovely neighborhood.

Liked: Good communication with the host, nice location, magnificent view from the balcony, comfortable, great wine glasses
Disliked: No Lausanne Transport Card, no A/C - can get really hot

Exceptional
Nice stay in the center of Lausanne
Liked: Bright spacious room, balcony with a good view, quiet surroundings. The heating is efficient, so it is nice to stay during the cold weather. The building itself is well-maintained and has a lift.
Disliked: The apartment could be cleaned better, especially the floor. Some minor usability concerns: The old Kettle leaks and produces strong plastic smell. No sockets near the head of the bed to charge a phone.
