Very good
Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: Absolute lack of communication directly or throught booking.com. We recommend replacing mattress and couch or at least deep clean. Not enough bedding for 3+ people.
Fantastic
Liked: A very spacious apartment in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The kitchen has everything you need: fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery. There is no air conditioning, but there were two fans which were enough for us. Bathroom was perfect too. Great value/price balance, recommend it! The public transport is very good: 5 minutes to bus, metro. It really exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: There was no laundry, it should better be removed from the property description. The host was somekind unresponsive and hard to connect with, we got the code for the key just a few hours before arriving and we had limited access to internet which didn't felt good. I think it would be good all the details for check-in to be clear earlier. Other than that everything was more than perfect.
Liked: Once inside the property was good and largely as described
Disliked: The outside of the apartment does not look very welcoming and the lights come on very late as you are walking up the stairs. We had trouble checking in and rang the host who spoke no English. The listing stated that the apartment had a washing machine which is one of the reasons we booked it but we couldn’t find it. We also couldn’t pay the tourist tax via the link sent as you need a Swiss bank account for Twint to work
It was a great stay but do consider investing in cooling equipment. cooling equipment
Liked: Very central location, easy to access. It walks cute and very clean.
Disliked: It needs air conditioning or at least one more air fan. We could not sleep at night how hot it was. The summers in Europe are now extremely hot.
Perfectly fine place
Disliked: The lock on the freezer is broken so it stays open in the fridge. The hallway lamp didn't work. Pans were provided, which is nice, but they were not properly used by previous guests and are warped almost beyond proper use. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine.
The apartement was very well eqiped, clean and located in a very central area. We enjoyed a lot
Liked: Central location, well equipped apt
Disliked: Nothing
