Very clean and potentially comfortable but cold, literally and figuratively

Liked: Room and bathroom were perfectly clean and bed comfortable

Disliked: I was cold overnight and only had one very thin blanket with no obvious heating on. I was unaware of an extra charge (on top of tax de séjour) because I had paid on Booking with my credit card (no warning of this when booking of an extra 4%) and hostess became aggressive and said she would cancel my booking (at 11pm!) if I did not pay it. I had not got the e-mail informing me of this charge.
