Exceptional
The top quality hotel!
Liked: This is the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything is exceptional, from the beautiful architecture of the property, the magnificent gardens and breathtaking views of the lake, to the elegant rooms, exquisite cuisine and absolutely amazing SPA. Every detail makes this hotel truly special. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. They were always warm, welcoming and helpful. The people are undoubtedly this hotel's greatest asset.

Wonderful hotel
Liked: Beautiful old-world elegance, exceptional service, a wonderfully comfortable bed with superb linens, excellent breakfast, and a magnificent lakeside setting. Refined, peaceful, and luxurious without being pretentious.
Disliked: No dislikes
Disliked: the main waitress manager for breakfast is not very kind.
It was beautiful but disappointing the attention to detail was lacking
Liked: The hotel is beautiful and so lovely! The staff were very nice too.
Disliked: The staff failed to replace the coffee and tissues in the room. Had to ask. Also the closet light kept coming on all night. They did fix the following day, but after a long travel day, it was pretty miserable. Also the shower was incredibly slow to drain. Also, staff waked into room without knocking not knowing we had checked in.
Liked: Amazing location Prestige and luxury across Amazing staff
Disliked: Some elements can be improved (old, not very clean)
